Join the Linkedbyoffshorewind cluster – the Baltic States, to the 5th Kuressaare Offshore Wind Conference from 17–19 March 2026 on the island of Saaremaa in Estonia. The Kuressaare Offshore Wind Conference is organised by The Netherlands Embassy in Estoniaa and Saare Wind Energy including Van Oord and the Estonian Wind Power Association. Its location in a secluded area provides excellent opportunities for focussed interactions. This unique setting makes it a true standout for meaningful and productive engagements
This event will bring together leading international and local offshore wind experts to explore the latest advancements in the Baltic offshore wind sector, with discussions focusing on the state of play in the region, energy system metrics, the Contract for Difference (CfD) mechanism, and grid development.
Registration details
Registration: is open to Dutch companies.
Participation fee: The mission is free for PIB clustermembers the Baltics (1 person) and for a second person (members) this will cost €200 for others and it costs €350 p.p. excluding VAT

9.30-17.00 Kuressaare Conference (Conference programme to follow)
19.00 – EOD Conference dinner in a relaxed atmosphere
