The PIB LinkedbyOffshoreWind team includes the initiator and private cluster coordinator and our liaisons who are all located in our focus countries.

By leveraging the strategic presence and the active involvement of our stakeholders the Embassies of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, our public-private partnership cluster is uniquely positioned to understand and navigate the climate and offshore wind market dynamics of the Baltic Sea bed region.

The partnership includes the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), which is the public coordinator of the three Partners for International Business (PIB) programs; PIB LinkedbyOffshoreWind – Poland, PIB LinkedbyOffshoreWind – The Baltic States and PIB LinkedbyOffshoreWind – Finland, and we are closely cooperating with stakeholders such as branchorganisation NedZero and  maritime research institute MARIN.
